Artwork Guidelines

 

Please ensure all these steps have been covered before sending your artwork to us.

 

Artwork Formats. Accepted Formats.

Adobe Illustrator. AI, Hi Res PDF, EPS

Adobe InDesign. - IND, Hi Resolution PDF, When sending Indesign files to send all links.

Adobe PDF. Please make sure all PDF's are saved in Hi resolution modes.

We do not accept publisher files or quark files.

 

Bleed.

If you do not want a white border around your print job then it is required that you

have a 3mm bleed over the edge of your artwork so when the page is cut

by a mechanical trimmer, none of you artwork is accidentally cut off in the process,

resulting in a white line down the edge of your job. We recommend keeping all

important information at least 3mm in from the trim edge.

 

All fonts converted to curves.

Please ensure that all fonts are converted to Curves / Outlines.

 

Correct Sizing.

Ensure all artwork is to the correct size that you want it printed.

 

High Resolution Photos.

Please ensure photos are 300dpi and embedded in the file. DPI stands for dots per inch.

This is for good print quality.
